General Questions

Is my bag waterproof?

No, but they are highly water resistant. All our fabrics are waterpoof, but the process of stitching makes holes in the fabric that water will seep through over time. The Floating liners on Shazams and Alakazams make them as water resistant as any stitched bag can be.

Why are you called Wizard Works?

Because wizards are cool and so is alliteration

How do I care for my bag?

All our bags should be washed with water and/or a stiff brush. Never put them in the washing machine, and avoid using detergents (as these break down the DWR Coating)! Zips deserve a little love every so often to keep them going strong, you can clean the teeth with a tooth brush and water. Lubricate with a zip-lubricant, or graphite!

Do you do Repairs?

Yes we do! Please visit our repairs page.

Whats the warranty on your bags?

If you have a problem that is the fault of bad workmanship or material failiure we will take care of it, for the life of the bag to the original purchaser.

I've ordered custom, how long do I have to wait?

Can I have a custom framebag?

We only offer custom framebags at certain times of the year. Learn more on our Bespoke Frame Bag page

I've lost a strap, can I get a replacement?

YES! You can order a new strap for your bag here.

Can I add a patch?

You can add a patch to any CUSTOM bag, please send us an email so we can anicipate the arrival of your patch.

Whats the longest bikepacking trip you've ever done?
